This tour is what a curious traveler needs. A combination of great local products, awesome lunch, local life feeling and sightseeing of very beautiful villages. All in one, in a private tour, by a local insider with much expertise on how to make all people feel unique and special. The icing on the cake? Lunch at Dounias!

The journey starts at your pick-up location and then the journey begins. On exploring the villages, we get to taste several domestic products. Later on, as we drive through Therisso gorge, we get to experience the actual village. This village has a tremendous and glorious story behind it, as many revolutions have started from that place. As we get to see what is happening in this village, we prepare ourselves to see Zourva.

On this village (Zourva), with the amazing views, we are going to meet Maria. Maria will welcome us with a huge, sincere smile and will prepare for us a delicious Sfakianopita!  This will give us the energy to continue to beautiful Meskla. Another historical village, very picturesque and lately very instagrammable. Old churches and a great landscape to be seen.

We’ve left as the last stop a must-see place, a (lately) worldwide famous tavern under the white mountains. Dounias is the place to see and Stelios (the owner) will treat you like kings and queens.  His food is out of this world and this is what made Mark Wiens go there, eat and leave himself speechless.
